Need help with Swayli? Email support@swayliapp.com for questions about your account, photo series, or the app.

Tell us what happened

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, Swayli version, and the steps that led to the issue. If there is an error message, include its wording. A screenshot can help; crop or hide any personal information first.

Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes, authentication tokens, or a full backup ZIP. Send only the photos or details you want support to receive.

Signing in or finding your photo series

Use the same account on the same iPhone where you saved your spots. Signing out keeps that account's local library on the phone; signing in to a different account or another device does not bring those series over. If you cannot sign in, contact us without sharing your password.

Swayli does not automatically sync your spot library to our servers. Support cannot retrieve an unshared local library from our servers. Uninstalling the app or deleting an account can remove local content, so save the photos and records you want to keep first.

Camera, Photos, location, and reminders

Open Me → Permissions to review camera, Photos, location, and notification access, or change permissions in iOS Settings. If you allow only selected photos, only that selection is available for import and photo suggestions.

For retake reminders, check Me → Reminders and the notification permission in iOS Settings. Notification delivery can also depend on your device settings and operating-system limits.

Exporting your photos and records

You can save photos and comparison images to Photos or share them using the system share sheet. Me → Backup exports a ZIP containing your spot records and photos. The ZIP is not encrypted and can include precise coordinates, notes, and dates; choose its storage location and recipients carefully.

Backup currently supports export only. Swayli has no in-app restore or automatic device-migration feature.

Deleting an account or making a privacy request

While connected to the internet, open Me → Delete account and confirm. If the request fails, deletion is not confirmed; retry, signing in again if needed. Once the server reports success, the app ends the session and starts removing that account's local library. Interrupted local cleanup may finish on a later launch.

If you cannot access your account, or want to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, email support@swayliapp.com. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not send your password.

Deleting your account does not remove images already saved to Photos, exported files, shared copies, or independent device backups. Manage those copies at their destinations.
